FORT WORTH, Texas (May 9, 2018) – DRC Solutions announced today that Liesl Gray Manone has been named director of communication and development. Manone will helm public relations and funding efforts for the agency.

Bruce Frankel, DRC’s executive director, stated, “The Board of Directors of DRC Solutions and I are simply thrilled to have Liesl join our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge, successful experience, and fresh ideas about reaching new supporters, growing our financial base, and increasing our visibility in the community.”

Manone grew up in Crowley and earned her BS in Radio/Television/Film from the University of Texas at Austin. A 20 year veteran of the nonprofit community in North Texas, Manone has served with such notable organizations as KERA 13, Girl Scouts, and the Arlington Life Shelter. From 2013 to 2016, she served as the director of Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Food Bank, leading the organization’s exponential growth and earning the agency numerous accolades.

Manone currently resides in southwest Fort Worth with her husband and daughter. She volunteers her time with Community Food Bank, assisting with communications and marketing efforts, and serves in various leadership positions at her place of worship.

“Liesl’s enthusiasm for our services and sensitivity to the issues encountered by our clients will be assets as we look to the future of our agency and continue to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness,” Frankel said.
