Have you been issued a housing voucher but need help finding somewhere to accept it? The DRC Navigation Team is here for you!

Who is eligible?

You are currently experiencing homelessness (living unsheltered, in a vehicle, or in an emergency shelter), and have at least one child under 18 who will be living with you, and you have received a voucher for 12 or more months of assistance, such as

  • Rapid Rehousing;
  • Permanent Supportive Housing;
  • Housing Choice (aka Section 8); or
  • Emergency Housing.

We can help find housing that:

  • Will accept your voucher;
  • Have current or upcoming availability (not just a waitlist);
  • Meets your needs; and
  • Will work with your background.

We can also:

  • Advocate for your approval;
  • Make sure all paperwork is submitted and processed; and
  • Possibly pay upfront fees such as application fees, deposits, admin fees, and risk fees (depending on available funds).
