A Special Annoucement from the DRC

Critical Document services are provided by appointment only.

All appointments must be made through a TCHC partner organization case manager.

Please ask your case manager to contact the DRC.

The DRC can help replace identity documents such as:

Birth certificates
Driver’s licenses
State issued ID cards
Social Security cards
Voter registration cards
Military DD214s
Marriage licenses
Divorce decrees
And more!

Eligibility

You must be homeless in Fort Worth, Texas; and
You must be referred by a Tarrant County Homeless Coalition partner agency.

To Get Help

Have your case manager contact the DRC and set up an appointment for you to come in and meet with our Critical Document Specialist.
NO WALK INS. If you walk in, you will be told to have your case manager contact the DRC for an appointment. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Picking Up Your Documents

Your critical document specialist will notify you when your documents are ready.
To pick up your documents, come to the DRC on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 11am.
NO WALK INS. Please only come to pick up documents after you have been told they are ready. If you come in before you are notified, you will be told to come back when you have been told the documents are ready. Save yourself the time and trouble.
